Custom & Production CNC Machining

Our CNC machining centers play an important role in our production process. With detailed surface machining, we are able to produce complex gauge and fixture components. Our conventional mills achieve fast delivery of custom parts.Our production CNC machining centers are capable of handling your longest production runs. Whether you require one piece or hundreds, we will deliver quality parts.

CMM Inspection & Prototype Scanning

We offer an advanced, climate controlled inspection laboratory that thrives on quality and efficiency in an ISO 9001 environment. Along with the ability to verify our own custom fixtures, we also provide a variety of inspection services such as:

• full part inspection
• gauge R&R studies
• reverse engineering
• scanning
• measurement certification report

Machinery Production and Assembly

We manufacture custom machined parts for specialty machines such as automatic labeling machines. Our facility allows for sub-assembly or for the complete building of entire units. A 6000sq.ft. assembly hall is specifically set aside for this task.

MIG/TIG Welding and Sheet metal Fabrication

With our MIG/TIG welders, sheer and break, we can support our customer sheet metal prototyping as well as welding.
